We are unable to offer free returns, but if you need to exchange and item for a different size we will not charge for shipping on the exchanged item
We ship second class on Fridays so you should receive any orders the following Monday - please bear in mind that the postal service is a little slower at the moment, so if it takes longer for your item to arrive feel free to send an email to rebecca@africaoye who will be happy to answer any questions regarding shipping.
